Promotion stands are used to increase your Coin earning potential in the game. You can get them by completing Simone's quests from level 5 onward. Once you win a Promotion Stand, it must be built in order to start making Coins. This can be done by sending requests from friends. Once your friends accept your requests, it will count toward building your Promotion Stand.

They are listed in the order that you get them from completing Simone's quests.
Although there are currently no Promotion Stands after Intimate Apparel, the Simone quests you do are stored on the game servers and will automatically be counted toward the next Promotion Stand when it is released in the game.
